Special Meeting of the Adrian City Commission

The City of Adrian will conduct a public hearing on May 12, 2016 at 5pm at the City Chambers Building, 159 E. Maumee for the purpose of affording citizens an opportunity to examine and submit comments on the proposed application for a CDBG grant.

The City of Adrian proposes to use $2,836,446 in CDBG funds to renovate three historic downtown Adrian buildings adding 17 new residential units and approximately 5,789 square feet of commercial space, and benefit at least 51% low to moderate income persons. No persons will be displaced as a result of the proposed activities.

Comments may be submitted in writing through May 12, 2016 or made in person at the public hearing.
