Winter Street Intermodal Enhancements Survey

The City of Adrian will be submitting a grant application to seek funding for the construction and installation of bike lanes and pedestrian safety improvements to enhance the intermodal transportation system in downtown Adrian. The project includes enhancements along Winter Street to support economic development, increase access to core services and connect the Kiwanis Regional Trail to downtown Adrian.
