From tree branches to street issues, use Engage Adrian to report quality of life issues to the City of Adrian. Powered by SeeClickFix, the place-based reporting platform allows residents to document neighborhood concerns and improvements alike, ranging from litter and flooding to damaged sidewalks and malfunctioning traffic signals.

Residents can provide locational, descriptive, and photographic information as they see an issue in real time. Once the resident submits an issue, the City of Adrian will receive an alert. City staff can acknowledge the service request, route it to the proper department, and update the request once it has been resolved.


Engage Adrian allows you to make service requests and well as discover existing problems that have been reported, from a desktop computer. To report an issue:

  • Select Report tab
  • Type address of issue in or drag the map icon to the location of the issue
  • Click Next
  • Choose a service request category from the drop-down menu that matches your issue or select other
  • Enter the title of your issue, an additional description (optional), and attach an Image (optional)
  • Click Submit





City of Adrian staff respond to Engage Adrian during our normal business hours of M-F from 8am-4:30pm. If you report an issue after hours staff will respond on the next business day.
