As of May 8, 2019 – Any application missing information in any required field will be deemed incomplete and is subject to denial of the permit. Each question in the application must be answered in its entirety and all the information requested and required by this article must be submitted in the application. Failure to comply with these rules and the application requirements in the article is grounds for denial of the application.
PLEASE NOTE THAT NEW APPLICANTS MUST OBTAIN A ZONING COMPLIANCE/EXCEPTION PERMIT FROM THE ZONING DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO FINAL APPROVAL. PERMITS ARE REVIEWED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION, WHICH MEETS ONCE A MONTH. PLEASE CONTACT THE ZONING DEPARTMENT AT 517-264-4861 FOR MORE INFORMATION.
